Im going to drop my van by 3 and half in all round what would happen if when i come to fit the drop spindles could i also remove 1leaf from the top and bottom tubes on the beam or is this à no no

Noooooooo.
Best bet would be an adjustable beam with dropped spindles or like mine just the beam Simon. Start removing leaves and your asking for problems.

Ok its done i have ordered 3 half in drop spindles and horseshoes for my van Has any 1 on hear dropped there van this much and if So any pics and is this a hard job to do i have all the tools and the patiences to do this Has any one done theres themself

I'm about that low, different method tho. Jay did mine for me.
I'm sure someone on here will have done their own.

I've dropped mine myself with an adjustable beam up front (4.5") and horse shoes on the rear (3.5").

Horse shoes were a simple fit but you may need to drill your existing spring plates to allow the handbrake cable to pass through otherwise the cable can be too short. The other issue you may have once they are fitted is the removal of the rear wheels but that depends on the rim/tyre combo. I'm running 185/65/15 tyres on Empi slotmags and they need a bit of a wiggle to get off.

The front beam is not at it lowest yet but about 4.5". Tyres if I remember are 175/50/15 but i may change them to 185/65/15.

I've never fitted dropped spindles but have removed both ball joints and king and link pin spindles and it is pretty straight forward. So refitting dropped spindles should be no different.

My future plans are to add dropped spindles and adjustable spring plates to lower it more / fine tune the ride
